Ingredients

  • 5 spoonfuls of cochinita pibil
  • 1/2 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of purple Onion finely filleted
  • 1/2 lemon (your juice)
  • 1/4 of habañero pepper finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Heat a large skillet over high heat. Stretch the cheese and let it brown to form the crust.
    Add the cochinita, fold in half, remove and accompany with onion, lemon juice, habanero pepper and salt.
