Drowned Chicken Tacos with Red Sauce

Prepare these delicious golden chicken tacos with red sauce that will make you suck your fingers. Drowned in their delicious roasted red sauce and super crunchy! Prepare them this afternoon for lunch, you will not regret it.

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 Serrano chiles (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 onion (for the sauce)
  • 2 teeth of Garlic (for the sauce)
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • 12 Corn tortillas
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Cup of lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Red sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh cheese

    Preparation

    In a comal, roast the ingredients of the sauce. Blend for 3 minutes with a little chicken broth.
    In a pot over high heat, heat the oil and fry the sauce. Add more broth and cook for 5 minutes. Season and reserve.
    Arrange the tacos by filling the tortillas with the chicken and secure them with a toothpick.
    In a deep pan, heat the oil and fry the tacos until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve and garnish with lettuce, cream, sauce and cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with refried beans and guacamole.
