Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 serrano peppers, (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 onions, (for the sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, (for the sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups red sauce
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese

Preparation

In a comal, roast the ingredients for the sauce. Blend for 3 minutes with a little chicken broth.
In a pot over high heat, heat the oil and fry the sauce. Add more broth and cook for 5 minutes. Season and set aside.
Make the tacos by filling the tortillas with the chicken and secure them shut with a toothpick.
In a deep pan, heat the oil and fry the tacos until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve and garnish with lettuce, cream, sauce and cheese.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with refried beans and guacamole.
