Preparation
For the filling: perfectly boil the tomato, onion, garlic and chili. Blend with half a cup of water and boil. Season with a teaspoon of Knorr® Switzerland. Add and integrate the chicken and reserve.
Beat the Chantilly® Spring Margarine without salt until creamy, add the baking powder and the dough. Integrate everything very well.
Assemble the tamales by placing two tablespoons of dough and one tablespoon of filling on each sheet. Fold the tamales and place them in a steamer. Cover and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
