Preparation
The chicken is cooked with 2 liters of water, salt, 1 garlic and a quarter of onion. When it is cooked, it is sliced and reserved.
Boil the tomatoes with the green chilies, when they are soft, reserve.
Put a frying pan on medium heat and lightly toast the pumpkin seed.
The tomatoes, chilies, herbs, bread, nugget, Knorr Switzerland bucket, garlic and quarter of onion are ground in a blender. Everything is ground with the chicken broth. The sauce is reserved.
Put it in a saucepan over regular heat and add half a tablespoon of oil and a small piece of onion to sauté it.
The sauce is added to the saucepan and seasoned with salt and left to boil for 5 minutes.
They make taquitos with the tortillas putting them shredded chicken, they settle in a plate according to the portions that are wished and they bathe with the mole.
