Preparation
Place the onion with the vinegar and salt. Reservation.
Toast the chiles in a pan without burning. Soak for 5 minutes and then devein them.
Blend the chilies with a little water and salt, until you get a homogeneous sauce.
In a pan add a little oil and cook the chilli sauce over low heat.
Spread omelet by tortilla in the sauce until well covered.
Place 3 tortillas folded in half on each banana.
Add the onions, cheese and cream to taste on the tortillas.
