These great healthy sopes and also a fun option for Lent are delicious, and they go with the jamaica cooked with onions, tomatoes, epazote, over a morita chile sauce and shredded oaxaca cheese, finished with avocado and fresh epazote leaves.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 white onions
  • 2 morita pepper
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch Great Value® salt
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, filleted
  • 1 cup oyster mushroom, filleted
  • 2 cups hibiscus flower, Cooked
  • 1 cup tomtato, in cubes, without seeds
  • 2 pinches Great Value® salt
  • 1 tablespoon epazote, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Great Value® vegetable oil
  • 12 sope shell, Boys
  • 1/2 cups Oaxaca cheese, deshebradi
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • to taste epazote, to decorate

Preparation

For the sauce, in a pot with water, cook the tomatoes with the garlic, onion and chilies.
Blend the previous preparation together with the cilantro and the salt. Reservation.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the onion for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, the jamaica, the tomato and the epazote. Cook about 5 minutes and season.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the soups a few minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
Make the sopes by placing a bit of the sauce, the sautéed jamaica, and finish with cheese, avocado and epazote.
