A dish with a good supply of fiber and protein, ideal as a healthy breakfast. To take it to the office, store the chicken in a tupper, in another container it carries the sauce, and separately store the tortillas and the complements

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 Cup of chicken breast shredded
  • 2 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups of green sauce
  • enough of cooking spray oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Yogurt natural greek
  • 1/4 of Cup of Panela cheese grated
  • to taste of onion chopped
  • to taste of fresh coriander

    Preparation

    Cut the tortilla with scissors in 8 pieces (cut in half, later, cut again in half and finish by cutting the tortilla again).
    Pour a little oil spray on the tortillas, place them in a refractory and bake for 2 minutes in the microwave at full power. Check if the tortillas are already toasted, if they are not ready yet, bake for 30 seconds more.
    Heat the sauce and add the shredded chicken breast.
    Place the tortillas on a plate, add the sauce with the chicken, sprinkle cilantro and onion. Add the yogurt and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with Jamaican water.

    TIPS

    You can toast the tortilla in the oven, at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
