Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of green sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of coriander finely chopped
  • 200 grams of fresh cheese (to sprinkle)
  • 16 tortillas
  • 1/4 of Cup of cream

    Preparation

    Heat the tortillas in a pan.
    Fill each with a bit of shredded oaxaca cheese and let the cheese melt leaving each enchilada there, taking care not to burn the tortilla. You can roll the tortilla stuffed with cheese or just fold it in half.
    Once the cheese has melted, put the enchiladas on each person's plate.
    Heat the green sauce a little and empty over the enchiladas.
    Add a little cream, fresh cheese, onion and cilantro.

    se ve facil y deliciosa se mira muy deliciosa, y como laimaginacion es el límite, pues puedes cambiar la salsa, comprarla o hacerla, verde, roja, con chipotle, en fin de cualquier manera que se te antoje
