Ingredients

2 portions
  • 500 grams flour, for pizza
  • 290 milliliters Water
  • 10 grams salt
  • 7 grams yeast
  • 40 grams Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 550 grams Pork Meat
  • 100 grams pork, ear
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups Cola drink
  • 1/2 cups lard
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cups Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce
  • 50 milliliters Water
  • 10 grams salt
  • 400 grams Pizza dough
  • 100 grams tomato sauce, Hunt's
  • 200 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 300 grams carnitas
  • 100 grams pork rind, chopped
  • 20 grams fresh coriander
  • 100 grams onion

Preparation

Dissolve the water with salt. Hydrates the yeast Create a source with the flour. Add the previously hydrated wash and the water with the salt. Knead until integrating and achieving a homogeneous mass, adds the Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce. Continue kneading until obtaining an elastic mass with a smooth surface. Leave to ferment until the dough doubles its volume and reserves.
Place the lard in a copper saucepan over medium heat until it starts to smoke. Add the meat, piece by piece. Split the orange into slices and add it to the saucepan. After 40 minutes of cooking add the cola drink, orange juice, evaporated milk and the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce. Mix the water with the salt and add. Let it cook until the meat is browned on the outside and soft on the inside. Drain the fat, cut the meat into medium cubes and varnish with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce.
Poncha and stretch the dough. Form the pizza until you get the desired size. Add tomato sauce, from the center to the corners in circular motion. Add grated manchego cheese, carnitas BBQ Hunts. Bake the pizza at 250 ° C for 10 mins.
Chop cilantro, onion and avocado. Chop the pork rind and reserve.
Remove from the oven and add, onion, cilantro, avocado and chicharrón in pieces. Cut and place.

PRESENTATION

Use a pizza tray or large plate and serve at the center.

TIPS

Accompany your pizza with the Hunt's® BBQ Sauce. of your preference You can add a little more sauce when putting the carnitas on the pizza to give them more flavor.
