Delicious Mexican recipe. Let's leave the typical recipe for red pozole, this green pozole will delight you. Try it and prepare it to spoil everyone at home. We are sure that it will be the sensation.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos pork leg
  • 1/2 kilos Pork Meat, spine
  • 1/2 kilos paw, of pork
  • 1 1/2 kilos pork bone
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 10 leaves spinach
  • 2 onions
  • 20 grams fresh coriander
  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • 1 kilo hominy, pre cooked
  • to taste salt

Preparation

In a large pot with enough water about 4 liters, put the corn already washed to cook. Boiling add all the meat, bones, whole onion, the 2 heads of garlic and salt to taste. Let cook for 3 hours.
Aza the poblano and jalapeño peppers. Once ready remove the skin and seeds.
Blend cilantro, spinach, chilies, half onion and cubed chicken broth.
After 3 hours of cooking the corn with the pork, remove the onion and garlic from the pot. Pour the contents of the blender and boil for another hour.
Rectify seasoning.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with toast, chopped onion, radishes, lettuce and avocado.
