Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, tomato and kitchen until it changes color.
Add the chile poblano slices, corn kernels and chicken breast, season with bay leaves, salt and pepper, cook 10 minutes and reserve.
In a bowl add the flour for tamale, lard, salt, Rexal® baking powder and add the water little by little, knead until it has a homogeneous and smooth mass.
On a casserole place half of the dough, add the chicken with slices and cover with the rest of the dough, bake for 40 minutes.
