Preparation
In a frying pan fry the onion, add the chicken, the tomato puree and the chipotle puree. Reservation.
Blend the chilies in the soaking water, a garlic and onion, salt and pepper. Strain and Reserve.
Blend the cilantro with a garlic, onion, salt, pepper, a dash of oil. Strain and Reserve.
Divide the dough into three containers. In only one season with salt and a little water. In the second mix the dough with the guajillo pepper and in third with the cilantro and reserve.
Make tortillas the size you like with the 3 masses and reserve them.
Fill the tortillas with the stews.
Add the water in a pot with a splash of oil. Place a grid to steam and inside the taquitos, cover very well. Let them heat for 10 minutes approx.
