No-Gluten Vegetarian Pizza

Prepare this spectacular gluten-free pizza made with rice flour. A colorful and varied presentation of vegetables, make it delicious and healthy. y and melt with all the flavor of the cheese.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Three Star Rice Flour®, for the dough
  • 1 egg, for the dough
  • 100 milliliters olive oil, for the dough
  • 50 milliliters Water, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the dough
  • to taste salt, for the dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups mushroom, thin sliced
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper, of colors cut in strips
  • 1/2 cups black olive
  • 1/2 cups red onion, thin sliced
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (356°F)
Mix the Tres Estrellas® rice flour with the egg, olive oil, water, oregano and salt. Knead until you have a homogeneous consistency.
Grease and flour a pizza pan 20 cm (8 inches) in diameter, place the dough and spread on the tray with a roller to obtain a uniform and thin crust. Bake 15 minutes and remove from the oven.
Add tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, goat cheese and bake for 10 minutes more.
Cut into slices and serve with a glass of horchata water.

PRESENTATION

On a wooden base, accompanied by a fresh water of horchata.

TIPS

Being a pizza without gluten the dough will not have elasticity and the consistency of the pizza will be very crispy. Remember to flour your utensils with rice flour.
