Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 pieces of red onion cut in pen
  • 3 pieces of White onion cut in feathers
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheese grated
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 200 milliliters of milk cream
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of pay crust or cake
  • 100 grams of pork belly smoked, cut into strips
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 Cup of cheese optional

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a frying pan, brown the bacon (do not add oil, since your own fat fulfills the function).
    In a pan, add the oil and onions. Season and let them cook until tender.
    In a bowl mix the eggs, the cheese and the cream of milk.
    Once the onions are ready, let them cool, add them to the previous mixture.
    Pour the onion mixture with the eggs, cheese and cream on the base with the pie or pie dough.
    Add the bacon on the mixture, and cheese.
    Put the cake in the oven and let it cook until the edges of the dough look golden and detach from the source.

    TIPS

    Add the cold filling in the dough so that it is not soft. The more cheese you put into it, the better it tastes. To make the base thicker (dough), put 2 dough caps instead of 1 as the base of the cake.
