Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 packages fettuccine pasta, (250 gc / u)
  • 2 avocados, roughly cut
  • 1/2 cups basil, cool
  • 1 garlic, bare
  • 1/4 cups pinion, toasted
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated, to decorate
  • 1 branch basil, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over high heat, heat water and cook pasta for 13 minutes or until al dente.
Drain the pasta and reserve.
In the Philips® food processor, process the avocado, basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and add the olive oil in the form of string.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the pasta with the avocado pesto for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately and garnish with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with basil leaves and serve with bread.

TIPS

If you can not find pine nuts, substitute roasted peanuts.

Muy rico el pesto quedo deliciosa aunque yo no lenpuse el ajo y quedo mas delicada
