Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package gnocchi, or gnocchi
  • 1 package mini cubes of cured ham
  • 200 milliliters whipped cream
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 126 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Chop the onion and green pepper. Put it with a piece of butter and a drizzle of olive oil so it does not burn. When the vegetables are transparent, add the ham taquitos to brown a little, add the cream, salt and pour the tomato glass. Add the oregano. Allow to reduce 5 minutes.
