Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 bag short pasta, La Moderna® (your favorite way)
  • 2 carrots, peeled, diced
  • 1 potato, peeled, diced
  • 1/4 cups pea
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 2 branches parsley
  • 50 grams bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 consommé, or water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Fry the bacon, when it is golden brown, add the carrots, the potatoes and the horse mackerels. Reservation.
Seal the breast and reserve squares.
Fry the coditos and when they are transparent, add the liquefied tomato with garlic, consommé powder, onion, and let boil.
Add the squares of breast, vegetables and some sprigs of parsley, and let it boil and concentrate
Boil the water or broth and add the coditos and the stew of bacon and vegetables.
Let stand until the pasta sponges.

PRESENTATION

Serve with chopped green chilli, lemon and slices of avocado.

TIPS

If you do not have parsley, you can change it for cilantro.
