Peruvian Chaufa Rice

A delicious and simple dish, for rice lovers. This recipe of Peruvian cuisine is perfect to serve at home. Try it and enjoy it as a family.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 piece of chicken breast
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • to taste of chives
  • 1 piece of Red pepper
  • to taste of soy sauce or sillao
  • 1 Cube of chicken bouillon powder
  • 4 cups of rice
  • to taste of cumin
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the chicken and season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin. Fry and reserve.
    With the eggs, make an omelette and cut it into pieces, reserve.
    Cut the chives and pepper into squares.
    Melt the chicken cube in a cup of hot water. (If you have chicken soup, skip this step).
    Prepare the rice with three cups of water and add the cup of chicken broth. Cook the rice.
    Once the rice is ready, add savory to taste, chicken, egg omelet, onion and pepper. Mix and serve.

    TIPS

    It can be accompanied with chili pepper.
