Ingredients

5 portions
  • 10 tostadas corn
  • 1 kilo ground pork, Cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 heads garlic, chopped
  • 50 grams raisin
  • 50 grams almond, chopped
  • 50 grams olive, chopped
  • 50 grams capers, chopped
  • 1/2 kilos cream
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tomatoes

Preparation

Sauté the garlic, onion and tomato.
Add the raisins, capers, olives, almonds and meat until the mixture dries a little. Add salt.
Put a portion of the picadillo on the toast and add the cream.
