Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 tomtato, for the sauce
  • 5 guajillo chilies, soaked and desvenados, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups Water, for the sauce
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 2 cups potato, cooked and diced
  • 4 breads, for pambazo
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped, to accompany
  • 4 tablespoons Lala® panela cheese, crumbled to accompany
  • 4 tablespoons Lala® sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons green sauce

Preparation

On a griddle over medium heat, tatema the garlic, onion and tomato.
Blend the vegetables together with the soaked chilies, salt and water until you get a homogeneous sauce. Rectify seasoning. Reservation.
In a pan over medium heat, cook the chorizo for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are browned and the chorizo is well cooked. Reservation.
Cut the pambazo bread in half and soak with the sauce. Stuffed with potato stew with sausage.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the pambazos until they take color. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with lettuce, Lala® panela cheese, Lala® sour cream and green sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve with lettuce, cheese, cream and sauce.

TIPS

For the sauce you can use the chili soaking water.
