Pumpkin and Cheesecake without Oven

Bariatric recipe to lose weight, this delicious pumpkin and cheese cake is perfect to achieve your weight loss goals. Also, you do not need an oven to prepare it.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 kilos of pumpkin
  • 200 grams of onion
  • 500 grams of Gouda cheese
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of olive oil

    Preparation

    Perfectly washes and disinfects all vegetables.
    Chop the pumpkin into slices (circular), julienne onion and epazote approximately 12 leaves will be used.
    In a saucepan previously greased with olive oil or vegetable, place a bed of pumpkins perfectly arranged so that there are no holes, place on top 3 or 4 slices of onion, 3 sheets of epazote, salt and pepper to taste and a layer of cheese that cover perfectly the pumpkins.
    Repeat this step as many times as necessary (approximately 2 kilos of pumpkin yield for 4 or 5 levels of cheese).
    Close with a lid and allow the pumpkins to cook until the cheese melts and the pumpkins release water.
    Once the water of the pumpkins reaches 3/4 of the height of the pumpkin and this boiling down the fire at low heat.
    Leave the pumpkins on fire under 10 more minutes.
    Allow the pumpkin pie to cool a little and serve.
