Delicious rice with mushrooms for a good lunch or dinner. It has a unique flavor since it carries a mixture of different kinds of mushrooms. These with different notes and aromas, resulting in a very balanced and rich mix.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups White rice
  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 10 mushroom cremini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 60 grams unsalted butter
  • 1300 milliliters cream
  • 150 grams parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons chicken consommé, powdered
  • enough vegetal oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Chop the portobello mushrooms, mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, onions and garlic cloves.
Cook the rice in a traditional way.
In a large pan, melt the butter with a little oil and add the onion and garlic.
Add mushrooms
When they are cooked add a tablespoon of broth, salt to taste and cream.
Add the rice and Parmesan cheese and stir without whipping the rice.

PRESENTATION

Put parmesan cheese on top.

TIPS

When adding the cream you have to stir it so that it does not cut. If you want thicker rice just add a liter of cream.
