Preparation
Chop the portobello mushrooms, mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, onions and garlic cloves.
Cook the rice in a traditional way.
In a large pan, melt the butter with a little oil and add the onion and garlic.
Add mushrooms
When they are cooked add a tablespoon of broth, salt to taste and cream.
Add the rice and Parmesan cheese and stir without whipping the rice.
