Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup spanish chorizo, sliced
  • enough olive oil
  • 1 cup top round of pork, diced
  • 1 cup chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups pre-cooked rice
  • 3 cups shrimp broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • enough fresh rosemary
  • 1 gram saffron
  • 1 cup green bean
  • 1 cup bell pepper, colored cut into strips
  • 1 cup pea
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup clam
  • enough yellow lemon, to decorate
  • enough fresh rosemary, to decorate

Preparation

In a paella pan over medium heat, fry the chorizo, add a little olive oil and cook until golden brown; then add the pork, the chicken breast, the parboiled rice and cook for 5 minutes, then add the green beans, add the shrimp broth, the white wine, the fresh rosemary, the saffron and cook for 30 minutes, or , until the rice is cooked.
Add the peppers, peas, shrimp, clams and cook for 10 more minutes.
Garnish with lemongrass and fresh rosemary. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with lemon and rosemary.

TIPS

You can substitute saffron for paella seasoning, as a cheaper option.
