  • 1 cup Spanish chorizo sausage, cut into slices
  • enough olive oil
  • 1 cup pork pulp, diced
  • 1 cup chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups pre-cooked rice
  • 3 cups shrimp broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • enough fresh rosemary
  • 1 gram saffron
  • 1 cup green bean
  • 1 cup bell pepper, of colors cut into strips
  • 1 cup pea
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup clam
  • enough yellow lemon, to decorate
  • enough fresh rosemary, to decorate


In a paella pan over medium heat fry the chorizo, add a little olive oil and cook until golden brown; then add the pork, the chicken breast, the parboiled rice and cook for 5 minutes, then add the green beans, pour the shrimp stock, white wine, fresh rosemary, saffron and cook for 30 minutes, or , until the rice is cooked.
Add the peppers, peas, shrimp, clams and cook for 10 more minutes.
Garnish with yellow lemon and fresh rosemary. Serve and enjoy.
