This burger is ideal for a Monday without meat since it does not carry any animal product, the combination of flavors together with the mayonnaise of the picosita of chilies will make you unable to stop eating it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of lentil cooked, without broth
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Res flavor broth
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of turmeric
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of dry tree chili without seeds or tail
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 5 spoonfuls of Hellmann's® Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces of hamburger bun

    Preparation

    For hamburgers, place the lentils in a food processor until a fine purée is obtained.
    Mix the lentil purée with the egg, bread crumbs, Knorr® Sabor Res broth, cumin, turmeric and parsley.
    Form 4 hamburgers and cook them in a hot pan with the oil until browned on both sides.
    For the mayonnaise, cook the chilies in boiling water and liquefy with a little water to form a fine puree.
    Mix the chile puree with the powdered onion and Hellmann's® reduced in fat.
    Heat the bread and spread the mayonnaise, place a hamburger in each and close with the other half of the bread. To serve.

    TIPS

    Add in each hamburger, lettuce leaves, sautéed mushrooms, tomato slices or purple onion rings.
