Preparation
For hamburgers, place the lentils in a food processor until a fine purée is obtained.
Mix the lentil purée with the egg, bread crumbs, Knorr® Sabor Res broth, cumin, turmeric and parsley.
Form 4 hamburgers and cook them in a hot pan with the oil until browned on both sides.
For the mayonnaise, cook the chilies in boiling water and liquefy with a little water to form a fine puree.
Mix the chile puree with the powdered onion and Hellmann's® reduced in fat.
Heat the bread and spread the mayonnaise, place a hamburger in each and close with the other half of the bread. To serve.
