Ingredients

10 portions
  • 95 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cups red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese

Preparation

Mix well the cream cheese, the green chilies and the cumin; Mash the tortillas with this mixture.
Place the remaining ingredients on top of the tortillas and roll them well.
Cut each rolled into 5 slices.
