Salmon wallpaper with spinach pesto

This delicious recipe for wallpaper salmon covered with Spinach Eva® pesto, a little basil and sunflower seeds will be your favorite to prepare it in this season of diet without suffering, accompanied by baked vegetables, is a dish full of color.

Ingredients

  • 3 liters of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/2 bunch of basil for pesto
  • 1 Cup of Spinach Eva® for pesto
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil for pesto
  • 1/4 of Cup of sunflower seed for pesto
  • 1 tooth of Garlic for pesto
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper for pesto
  • 2 pieces of salmon fillet (200 grams each without skin)
  • 1/2 piece of purple Onion filleted
  • 1 Cup of Spinach Eva®
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato of colors, whole
  • 1 piece of carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 piece of pumpkin cut in sheets
  • 4 branches of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of flakes of chili
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a pot with water until it reaches a boiling point, dip the basil and Eva® Spinach in the water, cook for 2 minutes, remove and immerse immediately in a bowl with water and ice. Drain and reserve.
    For the pesto, liquefy the bleached leaves, with the olive oil, the sunflower seeds, the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Blend until you get the pesto and reserve.
    On a tray place baking paper, add a layer of cherry tomatoes, carrot, pumpkin, thyme, chili flakes, Spinach Eva® leaves. Place a fillet of salmon on top, season with salt and pepper and cover with a little pesto. Repeat with the other salmon fillet.
    Close the paper with a hemp thread, bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salmon wallpaper on a plate and serve with steamed rice or some pasta.

    TIPS

    Whitening is a cooking method where you submerge the product in boiling water so that the leaves are cooked but do not lose their properties, enhancing color and flavor. Immediately immerse the product in water with ice to stop cooking.

    muy rica la combinación sin embargo les recomiendo muchísimo que la semilla de girasol la pelen porque es muy molesto comerlo así

    La verdad no la he cocinado pero no me anima mucho pues pusieron las semillas con todo y cáscara, seguro quedó muy difícil de comer... me gustaría saber si la salsa queda comible así?
