Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of tomato finely chopped
  • 1 twig of epazote
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt

    Preparation

    For the crepes, blend all the ingredients in the blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.
    Grease a pan of Teflon with butter over low heat, and pour a little of the crepe mixture. Stretch and cook for 3 minutes.
