Mexican recipe, rich chicken tinga. This stew of Mexican cuisine is very popular; its rich chipotle flavor is irresistible. You can eat it alone or with rich and crispy toast. But do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Chipotle pepper
  • 2 pieces of onion median
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast cooked
  • 1 ulna of chicken broth powder
  • 250 grams of Butter

    Preparation

    Split the onion into strips and guide with the butter until they are soft.
    When the onion is crumbling the chicken, add to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
    In the blender add the whole can of chipotle chilies, the chicken powder cube cube, a little water and liquefy; add in the pan.
    Cook for a few minutes leaving it to boil and go.

    TIPS

    Save the broth where the chicken was cooked, since you can add it to the chipotle chili when it is in the blender and it is richer.
