Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour for the base
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter for the base
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 piece of egg for the base
  • 1 piece of Nutrioli Spray®
  • 1/2 piece of red onion filleted
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 cups of baby spinach
  • 1/4 of Cup of peanut
  • 150 grams of goat cheese
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of milk for the filling
  • 4 pieces of egg for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon of flour for the filling
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the filling
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato in halves
  • enough of basil leaf to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a quiche mold with Nutrioli Spray® and flour.
    In a food processor, process all the ingredients of the base to obtain a homogeneous mass. Extend with a roller and line the mold. Chop with a fork and reserve in refrigeration.
    For the filling, heat a little Nutrioli Spray® in a pan and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook 5 minutes. Add peanuts and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
    Mix the milk with the egg, the flour and the salt in a bowl. Add the sautéed spinach and mix.
    Pour all the filling into the mold with the dough and place the cherry tomatoes on top. Cover with aluminum and bake about 40 minutes to an hour or until cooked. Garnish with basil.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

    TIPS

    Uncover the quiche in the last 10 minutes of cooking so that the tomatoes take color.
