Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups chickpea, soaked 1 night before
  • 1 can Hummus Libanius®, 650 g
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough oil, to fry
  • to taste Hummus Libanius®, To present

Preparation

In a processor place the chickpeas, add the Hummus Libanius®, the fresh parsley, the fresh cilantro, the garlic, the cumin, season with salt and pepper.
Place the preparation in a bowl and add the bread crumbs, baking soda, mix until integrated
Form pellets the size of a meatball, reserve.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil over medium heat and add the meatballs, cook until golden brown.
Serve with Hummus Libanius®.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate accompanied with Libanius® hummus.

TIPS

If you want to make your sauce more picosita you can add a dry tree chile to the sauce.
