  • 2 cups lentil, cooked
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 branch celery
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® Chicken Broth, 100% natural
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 10 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 3 serrano peppers, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 2 cups Water, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken Broth, 100% Natural, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • enough coriander, to decorate
  • enough black bean, To accompany
  • enough tortilla, To accompany

Preparation

For the pancakes, mash the lentils, onion, garlic, celery, coriander, ground bread and cumin with Knorr® 100% Natural Chicken Broth in a processor. With the help of your hands, form medium pancakes. Reservation.
For the sauce, in a pot with oil, fry the tomatoes, serrano pepper, garlic and onion over medium heat for 5 minutes; then pour the water, add Knorr® 100% Natural Chicken Broth and cook for 10 more minutes. Let cool and blend. Reservation.
Fry the pancakes on both sides in a pan over medium heat with oil, until they have a golden color.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil, pour the sauce and cook for 10 minutes until it changes consistency.
Serve the sauce with the lentil pancakes, accompanied by pot beans and tortillas.

TIPS
