  • 700 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups tomato puree
  • 4 branches basil, cool

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 6 tomatoes, mature
  • 2 cloves garlic


Grease and flour our pizza pan, and we put our dough, spread it well and puncture a bit so it does not inflate so much, to our 1/2 cup of tomato puree we add 6 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well , we put it on our dough, then add a little oregano, this gives it an exquisite taste! and this we bake for about 30 minutes until the dough browned, you know.
At that time, while making our dough, slice the tomatoes, the fresh mozzarella, disinfect our basil, we prick our two cloves of garlic and place them in little casserole, or small refactarium and we add about 15 tablespoons of olive oil and let rest.
Once our dough is ready, we put a slice of tomato together with a slice of mozzarella and a leaf of albahca! I like it with a lot of basil, there is the taste of each one, and when everything is finished we put a little ground pepper, salt and our mixture of garlic and olive oil! and if you like, it is from everyone, a bit of balsamic vinegar, and it is uuummmmm delicious.
