Prepare this delicious quinoa burger with vegetables and vegan burger buns that will be the sensation for people who care a lot for what they consume. It is very juicy and tasty, do not let it pass.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 cup chickpea, Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons chia, soaked with water
  • 1/2 cups quinoa, Cooked
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated and squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 cups coconut oil
  • 1 Bell pepper, cut in sheet
  • 1 pumpkin, cut into thin slices
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 3 hamburger buns, vegans

Preparation

In a food processor, process the chickpeas for 3 minutes until you obtain a puree.
In a bowl, mix the chickpea puree with chia, quinoa, carrot, sunflower seeds, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Form burgers with the chickpea mixture and fry in a pan over low heat with a little coconut oil, until they are cooked. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
Mix in a bowl, the pepper, the pumpkin, add two tablespoons of coconut oil; Season and reserve.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with the juice, the lemon and the salt, until you obtain a puree. Reservation.
Heat the vegan burger buns, serve the burgers in the buns with the pepper and pumpkin, add the avocado puree and serve. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve the "meat" on the hamburger bun with a bit of avocado puree, pumpkins and peppers.

TIPS

Take care that the cooking of hamburgers is simmering, you want them to cook and not burn.
