Preparation
To form the meatballs: In a bowl mix the ingredients of the albondiguitas and form balls of 1 cm diameter. Place them in an extended dish.
To make the sauce: put all the ingredients in the blender and grind. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil and strain the tomato sauce over it. Add one teaspoon of salt and one of pepper. Stir.
Add the meatballs and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.
Adjust seasoning Chipotle Salsa Mixed kitchen and salt and pepper.
