Enjoy a crunchy chicken cordon bleu with a delicious center of melted cheese and ham that will leave more than one in love. If you still do not know what to cook for a dinner with the in-laws, this easy recipe will get you out of trouble.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 4 slices Turkey breast, (120 g approx)
  • 4 slices manchego cheese, or chihuahua
  • 1 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Spread the chicken milanesa and stuff it with the turkey breast and the cheese. Fold it in half and hold it with the help of 1 or 2 toothpicks.
In a tray or extended mold combine the Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth, ground bread and pepper.
Pass the stuffed breasts by the egg and then by the bread pressing well so that it sticks.
Fry them in the hot oil and if necessary remove the excess oil with a paper towel.

PRESENTATION

Serve with steamed vegetables or mashed potato or sweet potato.

TIPS

You can spray the breasts with cooking spray and bake them at 200 ° C instead of frying them.
