Preparation
Blend the green tomato with the garlic, onion, chili, cilantro, sour cream, chicken broth and salt. Strain the sauce.
In a small pot over medium heat melt the butter and add the sauce. Once it is boiling, reduce heat and cook until thick. Add the chicken and cook 10 more minutes. Season and remove from heat.
Spread some beans on each toast, add lettuce, chicken, sprinkle the cheese and decorate with avocado and cilantro. Serve.
