Preparation
Pour the flour in a dish and add little by little, with the blender of rods, milk, eggs, salt and sugar.
The dough has to be smooth but not thick.
Let it sit for 5 minutes and then spread a medium skillet with the butter and wait for it to warm over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, we make a soup spoon and distribute it so that it occupies the entire base of the pan.
Once browned for 1 minute on a low heat, the layer under the crepe is removed with the help of a spatula and we turn it over to brown the other side.
We must repeat the operation to grease the pan with butter with each crepe.
Since this crepe is ready, we fold it in half and in that half it smells place the shredded chicken.
Then it is folded in half again leaving the crepe in the shape of a triangle.
To serve place the crepe on a plate, serve the green sauce on top, so that it surrounds the crepe; and then if you want add a cherry tomato to decorate.
