Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, and without skin, flattened
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 panela cheese
  • 1/2 kilos tortilla, hand or machine
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • chicken seasoning
  • salt
  • sauces, rajas, chiles en vinegar, marinated chipotles
  • avocados

Preparation

Flattened breast roasts, put seasoning and salt to taste.
Wash, chop the tomato, also the picacalo cheese in cubes and stir both in a container with salt ingredients to taste.
