Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 pinches Cayenne pepper
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 pounds lamb meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1/2 lemons, (juice)
  • 4 pita breads

Preparation

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and pour over the lamb.
Leave to marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Transfer the lamb to 8 skewers and cook on a pre-heated grill for 8-12 minutes, turning once.
Beat the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% with pepper and mint.
Heat the pita bread and cut, put the meat in the bread.
Pour the Greek Style Yoghurt sauce FAGE® Total 0% and serve with a Greek salad.
