Preparation
In a saucepan sauté the previously chopped tomato, onion and garlic.
Add the ground meat and while stirring, add salt and black pepper to taste and water to cover the meat. Let cook 10 minutes.
Meanwhile diced potatoes in cubes.
Add the potatoes, the fat peppers, the cloves and the bay leaf to the casserole, stir all the ingredients and cook another 25 minutes or until the potato is soft and the meat is dry.
