Recipe sponsored by chef Yolo. With part of my ingenuity and creation. To enjoy with a delicious spaghetti, and a glass of wine. For a very complete rich dinner.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 smoked pork chops
  • 250 grams of bacon
  • 4 green bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of chipotle chile pepper
  • 1 can of Pineapple in syrup
  • 250 milliliters of pineapple juice
  • chicken broth powder to taste

    Preparation

Wash and cut the sweet peppers in cubes. And fillet the onion to have the ingredients ready to use. If the pineapple is sliced, cut it into cubes.
In a saucepan start to fry the bacon later in the fat that you release the bacon fry the onion and the chops, until they are well cooked.
In the same pan, empty the pepper, then the pineapple and the pineapple juice for the pepper.
Once the pepper is cooked, drain the chipotle chiles and mix so that they are impregnated with the flavor of the chiles.
Leave the saucepan uncovered so that the juice evaporates. And taste the juice since it has boiled, if you think it lacks a little salt add it to your liking. I prefer to add chicken broth powder. Since it has evaporated a little put out and serve.

    PRESENTATION

Serve hot and accompanied by spaghetti, you will have a very good combination.

    TIPS

    * You can buy the pineapple in pieces to make it easier. * Use the juice of the syrup and do not empty so much juice. * I prefer to have all things ready to just go pouring them in their moment.
