Preparation
Form some tortillas with the dough, fill them with the refried beans. They are closed and they are shaped like tlacoyo, they are cooked in the comal and when cooked they are fried in very little oil.
Once the tlacoyo is ready, serve the fried sausage on top, sprinkle panela cheese, cream and a little green sauce.
