A rich dish of oriental style beef with vegetables and soy sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams sirloin, in squares
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped up

Preparation

Mix soy sauce, hot sauce, water and cornstarch in a deep bowl.
Combine the meat with the ginger and the garlic.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and add the meat, cold for 4 minutes.
Remove the meat from the heat and heat another spoon of oil. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are ready.
Add soy sauce mixture and meat to vegetables and cook for 1 minute.

PRESENTATION

Serve this dish on an oriental rice.
