Preparation
Mix soy sauce, hot sauce, water and cornstarch in a deep bowl.
Combine the meat with the ginger and the garlic.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and add the meat, cold for 4 minutes.
Remove the meat from the heat and heat another spoon of oil. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are ready.
Add soy sauce mixture and meat to vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
