Slightly picosita shredded beef, accompanied by potatoes. A delicious and homemade stew that nobody can resist. It is also easy to prepare and has an unparalleled flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tomatoes, matches in rooms
  • 3 guajillo chiles, without seeds
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 500 grams beef brisket, cooked and shucked
  • 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic, onion, tomatoes and chilies.
Blend the previous ones with the beef broth.
Return to the fire for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper; add the potatoes.
Add the meat and leave for 10 more minutes or until it thickens slightly.

PRESENTATION

Serve with white rice.

TIPS

Cook the meat for about 1 hour in 2 liters of water and 1/4 piece of onion.
