Turkey Salad with Grapes

Prepare this fast and delicious salad based on the reheating turkey, mixed with fresh celery, onion, walnut, purple grapes, apple and a creamy touch of mayonnaise and cream with a light taste of mustard and salt.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 cups of Turkey shredding of the reheated
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of celery cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 2 cups of red grapes cut in half and without seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Red Apple cut into cubes with everything and skin
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • enough of spring mix lettuce

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the turkey with the white onion, celery, walnut, grapes, apple, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and season with celery salt and pepper to your liking.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce, enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a bed of lettuce and decorate with more grapes.

    TIPS

    If you do not have turkey from the previous day you can cook a turkey breast and shred it.
