In a pot, add Mole Doña María® and chicken broth and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until fully combined. Season with a little salt and add the chicken. Mix well and cook for 3 more minutes. Set aside. In a bowl, beat the lard for 5 minutes or until completely softened. Gradually add the masa while continuing to beat until incorporated. Add the salt, baking powder, and broth, and continue beating until you obtain a semi-thick and homogeneous dough.
