Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour until it is well incorporated.
Add the milk little by little and add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add the cheese and stir until it has a creamy consistency.
Divide the paste into two small refractories place the cheese sauce on top, 8 pieces of tomatoes in each one, sprinkle ground bread, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
