A super simple and delicious pasta option are these baked macaroni that have a creamy cheese sauce and garnished with a little cherry tomato.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 grams macaroni
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, matches in 4
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 250 grams yellow cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • nutmegs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour until it is well incorporated.
Add the milk little by little and add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add the cheese and stir until it has a creamy consistency.
Divide the paste into two small refractories place the cheese sauce on top, 8 pieces of tomatoes in each one, sprinkle ground bread, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Bake at 180 ° C until golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve in individual bowls.
