Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder low fat
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of flour
  • 170 grams of cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 200 grams of broccoli chopped up
  • 200 grams of macaron pasta Cooked
  • 1/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
    Grease a refractory and reserve.
    In a bowl mix the milk with the milk powder and reserve.
    In a skillet over medium heat melt the butter, add the flour and mix constantly for 2 minutes.
    Add the milk little by little mixing constantly. Cook for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens and remove from heat.
    Add the cheddar cheese and salt to the mixture. Mix until the cheese melts.
    Add broccoli and cooked macaroni pasta.
    Pour the mixture into the greased refractory, sprinkle ground bread and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
