Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams butter
  • 110 grams cream cheese
  • 300 grams milk cream
  • 100 grams chicken soup
  • to taste salt, pepper and garlic
  • 100 grams Ham, chopped
  • 2 chicken fillets , shredded
  • 9 pasta for lasagna, La Moderna®
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheated oven at 180 ° C.
In a bowl (saucepan) place the butter until it melts then add the cream cheese and mix continuously
Add cream and mix with the help of a balloon.
Add the chicken broth, garlic, salt and pepper. Continue mixing. Separate a little of the mixture in a refractory.
Add ham and chicken to the mixture in the saucepan. In the sheet of the previously cooked lasagne place the mixture of chicken and ham, and roll it up. Then place it in the refractory where we add a little of the dressing
On the rolls place the leftover mixture and then cover all the refractory with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes
