The pasta is placed in boiling water with a little salt to cook, and when it is al dente, it is drained and set aside. The chicken breast is boiled and once cooked, it is cut into small cubes. In a large bowl, the pasta is mixed with the chicken and sliced peaches, and everything is gently combined. To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, using a spatula, the mayonnaise is mixed perfectly with the jam, the chopped green onion, cilantro, and pepper. It is poured into the bowl with the pasta mixture and stirred gently. It is refrigerated and served cold.
